Beginning a coaching relationship is an important decision, and it’s natural to have questions about what to expect. My goal for our first meeting is to provide a comfortable, welcoming environment where we can begin getting to know one another and explore what has brought you here.
What to Expect
During our initial session, we’ll talk about the circumstances, concerns, or challenges that have led you to seek support. You may be navigating a difficult relationship, experiencing a period of uncertainty or transition, struggling with familiar patterns, or simply wanting to understand yourself and your life more clearly.
There is no need to prepare anything in advance or arrive with a clear understanding of what needs to change. We can begin wherever you are.
Just as importantly, our first meeting is an opportunity for you to get a sense of me and my approach to therapeutic coaching. I believe a productive coaching relationship depends on trust, honesty, and a genuine sense of connection. You should feel comfortable asking questions and considering whether my approach is right for you.
As we talk, we may begin identifying some of the underlying patterns or concerns that deserve further attention. I’ll also share a little about how I work and what our conversations might look like moving forward.
There is no expectation that you make any particular commitment during our first appointment. The purpose is simply to begin a conversation and determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
Session Length and Availability
Individual coaching sessions are typically 50 minutes. Extended 90-minute sessions are also available, particularly for couples or family sessions, or when additional time would be helpful.
I offer in-person appointments at my Houston office, as well as virtual coaching sessions by video or phone for those who prefer to meet remotely or live outside the Houston area.
Session Fees
My fee for a regular 50-minute coaching session is based on a sliding scale of $125 to $200. Please contribute an amount within that range that works for your budget.
Everyone receives the same care, attention, and commitment, regardless of the amount they pay.
