Adam Miles is a personal development coach, writer, and founder of Miles Therapeutic Coaching. Since 2010, he has working with individuals and couples, blending practical insight with deep compassion to help people move through fear, reconnect with their true selves, and live with greater integrity and freedom.
His approach draws from multiple streams— Family Systems Theory, Jungian psychology, the humanistic work of Carl Rogers, and 12-Step Recovery. At the heart of his work is the belief that healing happens through awareness, honesty, and the courage to grow. Whether working with long-standing patterns or in-the-moment challenges, Adam offers steady support, powerful questions, and space for transformation.
Adam maintains a private coaching practice based in Houston, TX and meets with clients both locally and remotely. He is also the author of Free to Live: Breaking Through the Fear That Keeps You Stuck and The Dating Handbook: Useful Information and Effective Strategies and writes regular essays exploring themes of emotional growth, personal responsibility, spiritual surrender, and relational health.
Outside of coaching, Adam is a devoted husband and father to two children. He’s a relentless bookworm, avid runner, and seeker of spiritual growth. His idea of a perfect day includes good coffee, honest conversation, laughter with his family, and at least one moment of clarity.
